High quality fitted rain jacket, reversible. One side has lots of neon piping and smaller zippered pockets, the other is mostly black and has larger unzippered pockets. The hood is pleated and very large and dramatic. Shape is almost like an A-line dress. Fitted about the shoulder. I’m an XL/XXL and you can see it’s a little snug in the pic.
