Rails cheetah print lightweight dress (size M)

Can dress up or down. Lightweight for warm weather or can layer with oversized blazer and knee high boots. Drawstring waist for relaxed or cinched in waist. And thus dress has pockets (but they lay very flat). See pics for material and approx measurements. EUC. Not rips, snags or stains.
