Rails Roma Floral Dress in Gardenia, XS. New with tags!

Super cute and comfy floral Rails dress. I purchased on sale for $138 for a baby shower that I was unable to attend. It fits standard XS. I'm between 0 & 2 with a short torso, narrow shoulders & it fits as pictured. Would have worn a less than full bra or fabric tape to prevent exposure at the deep V, (short torso resolution).
