Stunning Frida hi-lo ruffle dress from high end label Rails! Dusty rose with black spots. Love the covered buttons all the way down the front and the cute little waist tie! This would look so 90’s cute over a tight black turtleneck. Excellent used condition! The only flaw is some fraying at the edges where the ribbon emerges, pictured. Shouldn’t be able to see it when the bow is tied. Otherwise, she’s perfect. Size small
