Rails Etienne Lemon Grove Mini Wrap Skirt with Ruffled Tie Front XS

Super cute Etienne skirt by Rails in size XS. It’s the lemon grove pattern that can be part of a matching set (this is the skirt only). It’s a wrap skirt that has two buttons for the interior closure so it’s adjustable for the overall waist measurements. Waist measurement at the inner button is 13” laid flat, measurement at the outer button is 13.5” laid flat. It’s in great condition, only worn once.
