Ragged Priest Cropped White Tank Top w Black Chain

super cute NWT!! White ribbed cropped top with big black plastic chunky chains. Material is super thick and not see through. I am usually a size medium, but I bought a Large to be safe. I am 36c and it was tight on my chest and large is even a little small for my chest size..
