This is a beautifully detailed short dress by Raga (sold by Anthropologie). It is a cream color and has tassle details as well as beading and sequins. Other colors include maroon, gold, and orange. It is transparent so it will need a slip. Size small. This is a sample piece, and was purchased at a sample sale. No store tag just Raga tag. Loose threads here and there.
