jh3576119 I actually just tried them on! The tag inside says boot cut, but they seem more like flares to me. Sorry for the confusion. The rise is 7 1/2 and the inseam is 29 1/2. Also know that I am 5"3" and I had them shortened to wear with mid size heels. Hope this helps!
