Just a little bit higher. The Rover High is our take on the classic Chelsea boot, elevated. Features an almond toe and an exaggerated heel. Slip on, go to space. Heel 3.5" 100% Suede top and inside..Man-made sole.. size 41 Outside EUC!!! One issue: INSIDE pull-on tab ripped out..you can still put the boot on with no problem..see picture of it..
