Some Rae Dunn items may have minor imperfections but that's what makes each piece different. Items will not have chips or cracks. I wrap every item with care using bubble wrap and paper. I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Please file a claim directly through USPS if item arrives damaged or item is lost.
