Radio Shack Scanning Receiver with Powerline

We've got a 1030 here. Over. Ten Four. Roger that. Radio Shack...yes that Radio Shack Scanning Receiver with PowerLine. The Scanning Receiver does still work as you can see from display on Pic 2. "Scan up". I turned on the "Squelch" and it started scanning for??? You could hear somebody on the other line. I haven't touched anything else on this receiver since I don't want to mess it up and I don't want to call in the FBI. Power works, volume works and channels change. Freq Range: 25-54. FCC ID: AA0200053. S/No. C154048. (info is all on the back of receiver). 1000 Channels. Antennae. PowerLine: Power Supply 100-120 VAC. IT WORKS!!!!!!!!
