Rachel Roy cotton jacket 6

Army green cotton jacket w/ banded detail in different and fun colors. One hook n eye closure at waist. I'd say fits S/M best I'm just to busty and I love it!! I added shoulder pads but can be removed. Worn once but reposhing.
