NWT sleeveless sheath with pockets. Thin blue line. Leather like zipper, raw hem neck, sleeves. Sparkly ostrich feather bottom. Fully lined. According to mfr size chart XXL equates to a size 18, however I am 18 and I cannot get it over my hips. Flat lay pit to pit measurement 22 inches.
