Rachel Roy chiffon overlay pleated skirt

Rachel Roy black skirt with chiffon overlay which has small pleat details, but is still machine washable! Chiffon has tiny flecks of gold for a but not obvious at all, mostly there to reflect some light i think. Waist is 12" and can be stretched to 14". 16" in length. Hidden back zipper closure.
