Rachel Roy Tie Dyed Maxi

This is a Rachel Roy maxi dress in jersy tee shirt fabric which has about 2” of stretch available. I wore it as a drop waist but you can blouse it and wear the elastic at your natural waist. It’s a medium that measures 17”18” at natural waist, 16” at elasticized waist but stretches to 20” and it’s 54” long. I typically require 38” for the bust and it fit me fine.It’s a tie dyed fabric in muted blue and pink and the skirt is full and flowy.
