Rachel Roy Patterned dress

In excellent condition, freshly dry cleaned. Bought this of PM used and only wore 2-3 times. Tag says size 0 but fits more like a 2 in my opinion. Elastic waistline, Comfy dress and wish it still fit me 😔. No zippers. You put this on overhead.
