Rachel Roy Bright Patterned Sleeveless Top

This is such a lux-feeling top from Rachel by Rachel Roy. The colors are vibrant and it's only been worn once. It's absolutely like-new, from the summer of 2019 collection (as shown on the tag pictured). It has easy care with machine-washable instructions as well. It can be worn as a shell top underneath a blazer or cardigan in an office since it's such a nice fabric. The darker flower is a deep navy blue, not exactly black but it makes it even prettier.
