Rachel Rachel Roy Dress, blue/floral, size 2

Dress with tie back, open at waist. Top is lightweight cotton with lining. Skirt is heavier weave cotton with ribbon detail at waist. In-seam side pockets and back pockets (which have never been opened). Hidden side zipper. Measures 16" pit to pit, 32" length. Worn once. Excellent condition.
