Does this come with the original belt?

@mariay93 unfortunately, there was an issue with the original belt per Rachel Parcell so they gave me a discount. The fabric arrived with marks on it that could not be removed.

@mariay93 the belt that came with the dress arrived with markings on it that could not be removed so I reached out to Rachel Percell directly and they told me it was a mass issue with the dress so they have a partial credit and I threw the belt away. The dress comes with the belt pictured on the mannequin that I purchased separately.
