Rachel Pally Ivory one shoulder top. Ruching on shoulder. Elastic waist with blouson bodice. Purchased at QVC but never worn. Every time I tried this on it was either too big or too small so in storage it stayed (Wrinkled from storage). Zero flaws. Size Medium. Great addition for summer! Bin 8
