Rachel Pally Red Maxi Dress. This dress is a large with the raw hem that can be cut to your desired length which is currently 58” in length. I did not alter the length but I did sew up the straps a bit (please see pics). The straps could easily be left out to the original. There is some slight pilling on this dress but nothing major. This dress is absolutely gorgeous and perfect for the beach!

amandamarie34 @aforney42 Hi! the measurement is from the top of the straps. I did shorten the straps a little bit (as pictured) but they could easily be left out or shortened even more if need be.
