Love this dress so much and I never have an occasion to wear it. Excellent condition. Halter style. Backless. Big flowy circle skirt. Stretch material for comfort. Hem is cut for someone between 5’4 to 5’7. Hem is rough cut so it can be cut shorter. Adjustable overall since halter neck can be adjusted and hem can be cut with scissors.
Small lipstick smudge on interior from trying on. Not visible when worn.

@aforney42 There is no good way to provide that measurement. That’s why I gave an estimate of height. The halter top length depends how you tie it and the skirt is cut to what length you want it. It is floor length on me (hits the floor) at 5’4 with 3.5 inch heels. I wish I could provide a better estimate, but I don’t know how you will tie the halter to start the measurement.
