Worn once. Excellent condition. No piling, stains, or tears. The fabric is soft and has a good amount of weight to it. There is no size listed on the tag and the fabric is stretchy so there is an inch or so wiggle room on the following measurements. Measurements roughly 24" -26" waist; skirt is 40" long.
