@haleyharding yes and yes - but not wildly => front and back, 100% with ease. Not all the way up reaching the sky though, lols 😂

@haleyharding if you are worried about arm restraints- don’t worry as the dress would stay on by itself (it has boning so the structure is super) even without the shoulder straps, you could always take your arms out and put them back on in case you need big movements.
