Rachel Comey Red Button-Up shorts fits like a size 2, but size 0 could fit - one of a kind. I purchased from fall 24 sample sale. They are too small for me. They look to be like the Elkin pant but cut off at the bottom. You would definitely need to just hem the bottoms to prevent further fraying. There is no usual tag but it has a sample sale tag. Waist 14.5 inches laying flat. Hip 17 inches laying flat. 11.5 inch rise.
