rachelbird11 @fashiongal2017 Hi there ! I measured the heel and it looks like 3 inches, I put a pic of it on the sale. Also Rachel Comey is an American designer, most of her stuff is manufactured in the United States except for some of the leather goods which are sourced from Peru I believe.
