Rachel Allan prom/pageant gown

Beautiful, unique royal blue fit and flare gown. Wore 3 times (2 pageants, 1 photo shoot). Marked a size 4, but has been taken in slightly in the waist and neck. It fits more like a size 2 or small 4. Length was cut to fit my daughter who is 5'3" and wore 5"heels. No damage to dress or to stones.
