Rachel Allan prom dress

This beautiful two piece prom dress is a definite show stopper. The black halter crop top features exquisite lace embroidery with black rhinestones. While the skirt has a thin belt with the same material. The whole skirt is cherry red and attached to it are shorts with black rhinestone lacing as well. The slit of the dress goes all the way up revealing the shorts from underneath. This dress was only worn once and deserves to be worn again.
