Rachel Allan formal dress

Sweetheart neckline formal satin strapless dress. Back zipper has boning on the bustier. Has cups in it for support. Size 16 but it has been taken in to a size 12/10. Measurements flat are Chest 18 Waist 15 long with small train in back. It was probably supposed to worn as a high low,but it was a train for me. 5'2 and I had to wear a 4 inch heel and it was still long. Label says 16 but it has been taken in.
