Rachel Allan 2 piece long formal dress

Gorgeous navy blue 2 pc mermaid style formal with waist and side swooped ruffle that flows down into train. Halter and waistband of skirt are covered in blue and clear rhinestones. This dress is very great quality and was only worn for a few hours. It’s is a size 4 but was professionally taken in to a size 2 and taken up in length. Nothing was cut and can be let back out. Perfect for prom or homecoming!!
