RVCA cotton tank dress

This is new with tags - never been worn. Says size M but I think it runs almost a whole size smaller. It is very short, so it’s a shirt on me instead of a dress. It’s supposed to be a swim coverup dress. Color is more of a light orange. No flaws. Runs low in the front and the straps are supposed to cross in the back. Stretchy and light weight.
