It says “raz-re-yhad” and means “1st place”.

The backwards R is a “ya” sound. “P” is an English r. The last triangle letter is a D, from the Greek “delta”, which is a triangle. The Russian alphabet is based on Greek, like how English letters are based on Latin letters.
