Russ Petites velour sweatshirt with 4 colored swirl patches. Two pink, 1 blue and 1 green 3 inch round swirl patches on front. Like new condition. Made in Korea. 80% cotton 20% polyester. Size M. Armpit to armpit measures 19 1/2 inches. Lightly ribbed collar, bottom and sleeve ends. Top to bottom measures 23 inches.
