gintareg @puccihawaii yes! because you have to understand this hats were issued in 2019-2020. now it is 2023. what do you think, does nothing change at the manufacturer during that time? then it didn't give the sizes tags inside, now it does. if in doubt, check by writing directly to the official Ruskan Baginsky page

gintareg @puccihawaii unfortunately I don't have it, because I came here from Europe…all my purchases are bought in Eu. everything is 100% original. new or only worn a few times. the hat has been worn no more than 5 times and is in perfect condition - without any signs of wear or damage:)
