RUE21: Sheer Floral Sleeveless Blouse

Worn less than a handful of times. The front of the blouse is sheer as seen in pic 4. The pic is solid black as seen in pic 2. The neckline goes up to the neck. Looks really cute tucked into a skirt or with leggings and boots :)
