Size 9 jr pit to pit approx 15" waste approx 12.5" pit to hem approx 29" worn once and dry cleaned beautiful floral design tie around back of neck zipper closure I'm 5'4" and it would fall at my knees pair with some great wedges or sandals to top it off (4-57-ff11)
