RTR Junarose Printed Keyhole Maxi - size 16

Rent the Runway previously worn piece, but in great used condition. The bottom of the keyhole V looks like it could use a few stitches (see last photo). I'm guessing the waist also used to have some elasticity to it, and now it does not. There are a few runs in the chiffon overlay, but with the print they're hard to see.
