ROXY Smocked Bodice Strapless Maxi Surfer Beach Dress

Size: L Bodice is a stretchy/smocked fabric. Skirt is fully lined. No side slits. Some pilling from wash-n-wear. Color: Bodice is maroon and skirt is a teal blue/white/maroon pattern. Top stretches to 20" flat across. The rest of the dress is not stretchy, just the bodice.
