Please note that the size 28 is in ECRU, not US. I could not find a size chart conversion. My best guess is they fit a U.S. size 25 or 26.
This item arrived to me with the description as being worn once and never been washed. I have not worn these pants as they are too small for me. There are a couple minor stains. Please see the last two photos.
