ROUGE COLLECTION KNICKERS

This item is vibrant and comfortable. Has a ribbed waste and at calf. Has satin sheen finish but is labled as 100% Polyester. Is machine washable Although new I note a black small line on the fabric and is noticeable this marking. Im hoping it can be removed. Please note this FLAW has been disclosed.And is being offered as Is. As Imaged. After I try to resolve will note result in comment's. I will hand wash
