ROMY Black and White Polka Dot Dress. Size XL. Has adjustable thin spaghetti straps. Zipper on left side. Has a thin tie (same material as dress) under the chest area. The top layer of this dress is sheer black and white polka dot dress. The second layer is a sheer black lining underneath. To me this dress is semi sheer (to be honest- espcially if the light hits it just right). This is on the longer side. Flares out on/at the bottom. This has been worn and LOVED!! -MEASUREMENTS LAYING FLAT- [Armpit To Armpit: ABOUT 18.5" I didn't force this measurement just laid it down and lightly measured- IT'S A ROUGH ESTIMATE] [Top of Shoulder To Bottom: ABOUT 45.5" LONG - I measured length with the strap being almost completely down so it's at the longest it will go. It can go up and made shorter BUT not longer].
