ROMA tulips large square souvenir scarf

This beautiful Roma souvenir scarf has pretty pink tulips on an alternating blue/sheer striped background with Roma printed border in sheer off white and gray. Tulips are pink with cerulean green foliage Scarf is in good condition couple of possible discolorations but really hard to see as noted in photographs.. not sure what the material is could be silk or polyester.
