RODARTE FOR TARGET SEQUIN LEOPARD DRESS With Raceback

I believe this had an elastic waistband but the person that had this let it out so its more of a casual sheath dress or can even be worn as an oversized tank with skinny jeans or leggings. Pit to Pit about 16" From what I see the elastic is pretty easy to add again if you wanted. I kinda like it better this way.
