Dress slips on over-the-head and has elasticized waist, padded shoulder pads (easily removed if desired) and 5 buttons up left side of skirt portion which can be undone to show a sexy peek of leg. Approximate unstretched measurements are 42“ bust, 32“ waist, 42” hips, 49” length, 21“ sleeve length, 16 1/2” shoulder-to-shoulder. Item sold in gently-used condition.
