This corduroy mini dress from Roberto Cavalli is quite a departure from his usual clinging animal prints and snakeskin knits! This dress is a wide wale, midnight blue corduroy fabric with a black fuzzy (almost velvet-like) yoke and blue denum zipper placket. The main feature is the pair of over-sized, gusseted patch pockets in black cordoroy with black leather flaps. We've included one photo with the zipper placket opened to show the brass zipper and brass snaps underneath; the brass zipper runs the full length of the dress. In addition to a Roberto Cavalli hologram in one of the side seams is the longest fabric label I have ever seen in no less than eight languages. If I am interpreting it correctly, the shell fabric - the corduroy - is 98% cotton, the rest being elastane. A secondary fabric is described as 70% silk and 30% viscose, which seems to describe the lining, but could also refer to the black velvet-like yoke material. Labeled Italian size 42, which is considered equivalent to US size 6 or 8. Please refer to the measurements for the best guidance regarding actual size. MEASUREMENTS - Underarm chest measurement is 38" - Waist is 38" - Hips are 38" - Length is 32.5" down center back. CONDITION Excellent condition with no apparent flaws. Appears to be unworn.
