R&M Richards dressy top

This is so chic! The tank is fully separate from the jacket except for being joined at the shoulders. So it looks like 2 pieces, but is not. The details make this top so special- the sheer sleeves and alternating sheer panels on the gored jacket. The silver beads and rhinestones on the neckline are gorgeous!
