R&K formal velvet dress with matching bolero jacket. Sparkles at the bust.

R&K Evening gorgeous 1990s, 2-piece, midnight blue velvet, cocktail dress with matching bolero in superb condition. Bust, back, and straps on the dress are embellished with a sparkle metal. Empire waist with attached ribbon tie at the bust. Fit and flare dress that falls just below the knee. It has a ruffle at the bottom. Dress has back zip and hook-and-eye closure, also is smocked for some give. Straps are not adjustable. Bust area is padded. Removable bolero is long-sleeved, with padded shoulders, and a satin lapel. This has no pockets or closures. Both pieces are blue velvet. Both pieces are made in Sri Lanka - 90% polyester, 10% spandex, 100% polyester lining. Both dress and bolero are hand wash cold.
