Crossover V-neck, long puff sleeves, wrap front with waist self-tie closure, flared skirt, velvet nonstretch fabric. Fitted at the bust and waist, relaxed through the hip. Designed to hit at mid calf, unless you are short like me. It looks great no matter the height. In good pre-owned condition. No stains, no holes. I used clothing tape to keep the neckline in place.
