RHIE 100% Cotton A Line Shirt Dress with Plaid Cap Sleeves Size 4

Excellent used condition. Material feels as though it has never been worn or washed. Only flaw is that there appears to have originally been a very thin belt attached that is missing. I think this would look cuter with a wide belt anyways. Cute preppy style. This brand is extremely expensive and most dresses retail for over $1000.
