shellabbott1 @sellstasia hi there! The elastic at the top is appx 12” un-stretched length from that elastic to bottom appx 27” its so gorgeous and it kills me that it doesnt fit! I just love birds 🦋 color 🐥 flowers 🌸 and whimsical things! And comfortable, classy dresses too! 😉 lmk if I can help answer any more Qs!
